Diffculty: Easy

A group of food critics was invited to evaluate 5 new pasta sauces, each made with a different key ingredient: tomato, basil, mushroom, cheese, or garlic. The critics were asked to compare each pair of sauces and select their favorite from each pair. The results are displayed in a matrix. For instance, in the scenario where the sauce featuring tomato was compared with the sauce featuring basil, the critics showed a preference for the basil sauce. This preference is indicated at the intersection of the horizontal row containing 'tomato' on the far left and the vertical column containing the label “basil” at the top.

From each drop-down menu, select the option that creates the most accurate statement based on the information provided.

Tomato sauce ranked among the five pasta sauces preferred by food critics.
